Andy Gardner Financial Planner & Mortgage Adviser

Andy graduated from University of Wales (UWIC) in 2003, with a degree in Sports Science, however after periods spent it in the USA and Canada he quickly found that he was drawn to career in financial services. Qualifying initially as Mortgage and protection adviser in 2005, Andy then went on to gain his Diploma as a financial planner. Now also qualified to provide advice in relation to lifetime and equity release mortgages, Andy has gained a reputation for providing sensible financial advice with a keen focus on customer service. Outside of work Andy is family man and lives with his partner and son. He loves sports and used to play rugby, he likes to travel and with his most recent favourite holiday destination being Lanzarote!

Riley Turner Office Manager

Riley graduated from University of South Wales with a BSc (Hons) degree, then continued her education at Cardiff University where she graduated with a Masters degree.  Continual professional development is important to Riley, and she is currently studying for further financial qualifications. Riley is responsible for the efficient functioning of the office through a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks. Riley has a creative mind and a head for business, therefore plays a crucial role in helping the business connect with clients through our website and social media platforms.

Leigh Griffiths Case Manager

Leigh has previous experience in the financial sector, working for a major mortgage lender for over 5 years. She has a keen interest in the property market, having been a Sales Manager for an Estate and Lettings agency for two years. Leigh went onto to gain a promotion, running the construction and maintenance division of the company as Office Manager.

Leigh demonstrates strong administrative skills, shows a genuine enthusiasm in her role, having to use her initiative and work independently managing her own workload within set timescales. Leigh is keen to develop her career in the mortgage industry and is currently working towards achieving her CeMap qualification.
